I also offer specific expertise in working with couples, working with military members, first responders and work-related stress, men’s mental health as well as LGBTQIA2+ couples and individuals.

I have been consistently reminded of the strength and resiliency every client possesses who finally chooses to seek help, and to find change. In my work with clients, I seek to build a safe, and non-judgmental space, and collaboratively explore and navigate the difficult emotions and experiences that they face in their day-to-day.
